The product is derived from fresh, sound, ripe Yellow Papaya fruit (Carica papaya L.) washed, sliced, deseeded, refined, decanted, evaporated, homogenized, thermally processed and packed in aseptic bags to render it “commercially sterile “and completely retaining the organoleptic quality of Yellow Papaya.
